I just noticed that when you put alcoholic beverages in the freezer, they don't come out frozen. Why is that?

hi,
who told alcohol doesn't freeze? Some times its used as a anti-freezer in automobiles. If something used as an anti-freezer, it doesn't mean it can not be frozen. It will have very low freezing point for example Ethanol has a freezing point of alomost minus117oC, our domestic refrigertors cannot produce that much temperature that's the fact.

Alcohol does freeze; however, it's freezing point is at -117 celcius as appose to 0 for water.

The main reason is bonding of the hydrogen atoms inside water. This causes the molecules to attract to one another to a greater extent and thus are easier to 'freeze'.

Alcohol does freeze, just at a lower temp than you keep your freezer at.

the reason it has a lower freezing point is because the chemical bonds are broken in a process called heating point fusion or to some depression. Look it up in a chemistry book

You want alcohol to be solid, I don't think so, too much grain in alcohol to do so, -20 don't freeze alcohol, because Its not water.
