My back and chest hurt when i breath?

Question

it started this morning and got a little worse throughout the day. what could be wrong with me?

also, i feel a bit dizzy but not too much and i sometimes laugh for no reason cause i feel this weird tiny sensation through my body. and other thatn that i feel just fine. i havent been coughing either

Pleurisy (ploor-iss-eee) is an inflammation of the lining of the lungs that causes pain when you take a breath or cough.

Pain in your lungs can also hurt in your back.

You need to see a doctor right away.

A couple thoughts come to mind with this condition. There is either a rib that has rotated out of position and touches the intercostal nerve whenever you try to take a deep breath or, must consider pleurisy. An infection of the sac around the lungs.

If you take a deep breath and are stopped in the middle of it by a sharp pain... is suggestive of a rib problem. The back problem is to be found where the rib attaches to the vertebra.. suggesting you have a bit of a postural problem. With the malposition of the vertebra being the instigating factor to create the problem.

If you are having trouble breathing you have Pneumonia. Only a guess....If you are having difficulty in the breathing department see your Doctor immediately!!!!!

it could just be muscle pain. try some ibuprofen.

if you have fever or cough, i'd consider seeing a doctor since you might have pneumonia.

See a doctor pronto. Also if you are overweight that could be a contributing factor.

sounds like purlieus to i had it and it hurts like that
