and we will be running alot so I want to know if I should drink alot of water tonight and what I should eat. Also what should I eat for breakfast and how many hours before tryouts should I eat it.

Carbs and protein tonight!!!! Same for breakfast but not to soon before practice....and remember the water.....don't get dehydrated.....and get plenty of sleeep

Pasta....cereal....little bit of milk....stuff with carbs that will give you alot of lasting energy!

I dont usually eat 2 hours before a big practice like a try outt hat I know I will be running alot for...
