They say its like a paypal but is it like paypal when you pay, do they pay you back if you dont get the item sent?

Whats good about moneybookers. This one seller only uses moneybookers.

To be competely honest, I just looked at this site.....I think that you would be better off just joining Pay Pal if you wanted. They have more of a reputable site...and have plenty of backup. Hope that this helps.

Send the seller a money order or check via online bill pay.
