I work with this girl, i think shes pretty cute and I know she thinks i am. But she also thinks that im kinda cocky and arrogant, and to make matters worse one of her friends, I hate with an unbelivable passion. Worth a shot or bound for rejection

well show her that your not cocky and arrogant. show her a different side to you than the one she sees. as for her friend... just play nice! if you like this girl enough you'll put up with it. and hate is a pretty strong word! i am sure you just dislike her with a passion! let the girl you like see a you that will get her to fall for you and make her weak at the knees! best of luck to ya!

Bound for rejection unless you can change your opinion of her friend and her opinion of you. Ask yourself: why does she think I am cocky and arrogant? is she right? is there something I can do to change? why do I hate her friend? what can I do to improve my opinion of her friend? am I being fair to her friend? if I like this girl, why do I hate her friend?

dude if youa re not cool with her friends then I hate to say but friends come first.
So make nice with the friend and if she thinks you are arrogant then heck that is you.
don't change the way you are to go out with a girl. a girl will like you for being you.
