Tryptophan, only it's supposedly not that effective because it works best on an empty stomach.

it is indeed an amino acid called tryptophan .. also found in other foods, oats, bananas, chick peas, pumpkin seeds and other stuff.

when you eat so much...... maybe there is something in it, but usually people get so sleepy cus cus they eat too much!!!
