it could be a number of things. endometriosis, cyst, fibroid, fluid, swelling, PID. If you are in severe pain and can not get to your doctors office then you need to goto the ER. To be on the safe side. Good luck! I hope you feel better. You could try webmd and see if you see anything on there.

You are almost ready to deliver, because that pain is being caused by your dilating cervix or your contractions. It would hurt me horribly when I sat down, so I suppose each person is different. The baby's position could also be a cause, because when you tense a muscle or contract, that and the baby press on something that doesn't like being pressed on. Wait on your husband, it's a bad idea to drive when you're in pain. They probably won't admit you though, considering your water hasn't broken. I think the main point of the visit is to make sure you and the baby are healthy. Good luck.

It could be a number of things, a cyst on an ovary, a serious infection, endometriosis to name a few.

If I were you I would get to the Ob Gyn for a real diagnosis. Neglected infections can damage your potential to ever have a family.

Call tomorrow morning and get in ASAP!!

Sounds like it could be a painful ovulation. I used the have the exact same pains each month for years. Go to the GYN though.
