The only way a pair of Aces and a pair of seven will beat a straight flush is if the pair of seven and the fifth card are "wild" cards. This would make five of a kind and it would beat a straight flush.

No, two pair is no where close to as strong as a straight flush. A straight flush is the best hand in poker (with a royal flush being the best straight flush. It sounds like you need to reread the rules of Poker.

In regular poker, a straight flush is the highest hand possible without wildcards (a Royal Flush is a variation of the straight flush, with A-K-Q-J-10 of one suit). Only 5 of a kind can beat it.
