I think Justice Scalia said it last week, to Cheney. They were gearing up to hunt some ducks. Can you blame him for being skittish?

You are quoting from the Good News Translation Psalm 7: 8, You are the Judge of all mankind. Judge in my favor, O Lord. You know that I am innocent." I found this verse in a Lutheran Weekly Devotion.
David in Psalm 7, a prayer for help in time of need, acknowledges God as the Judge. Your verse translated from the Hebrew is: "The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity [that is] in me." The word LORD is YHWH (God's name given to Moses--I shall be that I shall be). Simply put, God, not man, judges.
I went to a lot of trouble matching your exact phrase. In doing so, I used Lynn Johnson’s Weekly Devotion found in the Woodbury Lutheran. I also referred to the Hebrew text to make sure I had the correct biblical meaning.

i really dont know what bible you are reading cause i havent seen that in my bible. god does not tell us to judge all of mankind neither some of mankind either. we can not judge in gods favor for we are sinners ourselves.we are not given the right to judge no one. we are not innocent for we know everytime when we sin and that its transgression of the law
