You don't. It finds you.
Okay that sounded cliche as hell but it's the truth. It kinda just stumbles on your lap like a beautiful miracle. It really is a 'gift.'
You can't force pure, raw emotions. You can't make something work. It just has to...people just have to believe in real love and follow their hearts again.
But if you want a headstart: You can find true love easier simply by being yourself and sharing similiar interests.

Search out a lot of Loves.
Give them a true/false test.
The ones who fail get thrown on the trash-bin of false loves.
Eventually you will find a true love.
