Just say your a guy aged around 36, and you meet a hot girl online. When you finally meet up, it turns out she has no arms or legs.
To make matters worse, she has large hands and an adams apple and you suspect its a sex change guy.
This has never happened to me, but I think its better to be prepared for these things.

Hang her on the wall and call her "Art".
Place her on the floor and call her "Matt".
Throw her in the ocean and call her "Bob".
