Loaded Mashed Potatoes

4 lb. potatoes
3/4 cup sour cream
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp. chives
2 green onions, sliced
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Peel, chop and cook potatoes until tender; drain. Mash in bowl. Mix sour cream, 3/4 of the bacon, chives, 1/2 of the green onions and butter. Mix with a hand mixer until mixed well. Pour into an oven safe bowl. Top with cheese, remaining bacon, and onions. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Peel potatoes if you don't like the skin. Cut them into pieces. Cover with water in a pot and boil until they're soft. Drain and mash together with some cooked and crumbled bacon and sour cream.

Now if you're talking about twice baked potatoes, that's a whole different ball game.

mash the potatoes with the sour cream, fry the bacon till crisp cut into little pieces and mix in.

another nice mash is with butter and sweet corn, its so simple, but Delicious, just make your mash as normal, add extra butter and a can of sweetcorn, DONE !

grated cheese is nice in mash too ;)

enjoy !

Same as regular mashed. Boil potatos, mash with milk and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add COOKED bacon or bacon bits (uncooked), and sour cream to taste.

you can also add a little garlic and onion powder to taste. (LITTLE!)

VERY YUMMY!!!

Enjoy!
