what is the meaning of white ball placed outside in the top right corner of the table of pool?

I assume you mean on the wood, balanced between the wood and rail. it could mean anything, people just like to balance the ball in that crack. it sometimes is put there after the cue ball flies off the table signifying a ball in hand scratch, when the next shooter is in the bathroom or somewhere else like still sitting down, or wandering.

i think u mean the masse .... it spins towards d right side
