ok when i talk 2 someone (especilly my gf) i cant think of something to say im not shy i just cant think of anything to say what do u say when u talk to your gf

People love nothing more than to talk about themselves. Ask questions about her. For an example of talking to a girl you didn't know, rather than say to her "what do you do?" ask "what do you like to do?" Its amazing how much more of a response you will get from these types of questions, these apply also to your girlfriend. Then most importantly make sure you "listen", when its time to talk then talk. With your girlfriend you just need to relax dude and It will flow. Try it.

ok forget with reference to the back off reason some adult men are purely no longer the mushy form. He could desire to no longer be wonderful at relationships or he could want for use to women hugging or touching first. Make him a sandwich and notice how that makes him experience.

you should talk about things you done recently, movies are often a good topic. let her talk too, she might lead you into a conversation that's easier. if you don't have much to say then listen to her, maybe ask some questions about her, etc.

Yeah man I suffer from the same problem, but i'm getting myself out of it.
The key is to just BE YOURSELF!
