Try cookiecuttershop.com.
Also, you can make up your own recipes by starting with a basic oatmeal or chocolate chip cookie recipe and adding spices, citrus oils or zest, various roasted nuts, various dried fruits like raisins, dried cherries, cut up dried apricots, etc, chocolate chips, coconut, etc. You can also change the flour to ww, add wheat germ or bran or roasted and ground flax seeds if you want to "health up". You will probably have to sub out some of the oatmeal or a bit of flour and possibly add a tablespoon or two of milk to the recipe.
Use parchment paper to bake on instead of greasing the cookie sheet, and invest in some really good cookie pans, the ones with two layers of material with space inside. Also, get an oven thermometer, all ovens are a little different and baking isn't very forgiving of higher or lower temperatures than recipes recommend.
The real trick to making really good cookies (and trust me, I make REALLY GOOD cookies) is to do it over and over and keep track of exactly what you do and use so you can make small modifications to the next batch. Things like the size of the eggs, salted or unsalted butter, how long you cream the butter and sugar, these all have a real impact on flavor and texture. I have a recipe I've been working on for 20 years that I started selling a couple of years ago. Sorry, it's a secret recipe, even my mom doesn't know it...she asked me the other day if she could have the recipe if I die first!
Have fun baking!

I like the basic recipe (minus the chips) for Nestle Toll House Cookies, then add whatever you want as far as chips goes...heath, choc, white choc, mint, specialty with reese's, raspberry syrup, etc, cinnamon, peanut butter, mini-kisses, M&M's, etc. Go crazy with monster cookies and add a little bit of everything. You can also make the regular batch and add a cup of peanut butter per batch for very chewy excellent tasting cookies.
You can also jazz up any oatmeal raisin recipe by skipping the raisins and adding dried cranberries or other fruit in raisin sized pieces, try dried apricots or crunched up banana chips. Also good with cinnamon chips or peanut butter chips.
Sugar cookies can be colored and decorated of course. OR you can use presweetened koolaid instead of the white sugar. It will flavor and color them...great at Easter or springtime, probably better for kids, but I like them made with pink lemonade powder. You can substitute the vanilla with any other extract...I have seen lemon, peppermint, root beer, almond, etc.
Peanut butter cookie recipes are great with a touch of cinnamon in them, also you can put kisses in the middle, or choc chips in the dough, or roll and decorate like sugar cookies with cream cheese icing.
You can also make brownie mix into cookies.
Almost all cookie dough recipes can be made in huge batches and frozen. I do this ALL the time, I make my own slice and bake cookies and can bake as many as I want at a time.
I hope these ideas are worthwhile to you, other than the Toll House recipe, you have to have your own good standy recipe, these are ways to add the twist.
