1*about eid elfatr:
The wisdom behind the celebration after a month of fasting or self-denial ought to be fairly obvious. For one whole month, you deprive yourself of all the natural pleasures of eating, drinking and sexual intercourse at will; you dedicate the whole daytime for fasting and a major portion of the night for praying. You mark the end of this month of fasting with a celebration: you are once again free to enjoy your food, drink and marital sex freely.
Naturally, the feast after the fast becomes doubly enjoyable, and nobody is likely to debate that! What is more important is that you have every reason to be thankful to God for His blessings, which you have been enjoying freely, until their deprivation for one month brought home to you their real worth. The festival of `Eid therefore, must necessarily come immediately after the fast of Ramadan.

2*eid eladha:
The tenth of Dhul-Hijjah is `Eid Al-Adha or the day of an-Nahr (sacrifice). It marks the conclusion of the major rites of Hajj. It also commemorates Allah's bounty on His messenger Ibraheem (peace be upon him), when He gave him a ram to sacrifice, as ransom for his son Isma`il, (peace be upon him).
`Eid Al-Adha is a day of festival for Muslims who do not perform Hajj. While the pilgrims complete their rites, other Muslims continue with their `Eid celebrations. Here, they are prohibited from fasting. These are days of fun, happiness, eating, drinking and glorifying of Allah.

The word Eid means holiday, and there are two Islamic holidays.
1) Eid Al- Fittir (the break fasting holiday): It is celebrated because Muslims have completed the fasting of a complete month (Ramadan)... and Muhammad shows that the person who fasts get two happiness-es, one for fasting Ramadan, and the other is the great reward in the day of judgment.
2) Eid Al- Adhha (the holiday of sacrfication) (if it can be called that way): This day is celebrated, because it is the day Ishmael son of Abraham was sacrificed from being killed, with a big sheep.
In Eid Al- Adhha people slaughter a lamb, a sheep, or a camle, in a halal way. The person then keep some of the meat to eat it, and passes some of it out to those who are need.
May God bless us all.
peace.

Eid Al Fitr:
We celebrate that we successfully fasted Ramadan, and we are happy that we can go to our regular habits again. On the other hand, Eid is like an invitation from God, and we have to celebrate this invitation.
Eid Al Adha:
It’s a celebration of the successful completion of pilgrimage & also a celebration of saving Ismail (pbuh) by animal sacrifice.

We muslims celebrate,, eif al fetr.. which right after the holy month of Ramadan.. cuz supposingly in Ramadan we pray & fast so that Allah forgives us & cover us with his mercy.. & so we have to celebrate his forgivness to us... about the Adha feast,, we celebrate the piligramage.. Hajj... that happens only once a year when muslims from around the wrold gather, worship, pray & get to know eachother & benifite..plus it's the day when Abraham wanted to secrifiece Ishmael "PBUT" for Allah...
Thus.. the prophet PBUH celebrated both Eids & he used to play with children, pray Al-Eid prayers & cheer up everyone he knows.& it's a sunnah that we must take from him to celebrate Eid. clear enough?
& surely Allah & his prophet knows more...

One is called Eid ul-Fitr that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan,
The other is Eid ul-Adha which is celebrated to commemorate Prophet Ibrahim's willingness to sacrifice his son for God.

Eid is supposed to be the end of the fast of the month of Ramadan.
As for eid being a festival is a pagan concept, and one must remember prophet Muhammad was sent to Arabs who were pagans who buried their girl-children alive and who had all sorts of pagan festivals that they would have liked to insert into Islam.
Those who do not follow the rules of the Quran for the fast would have wasted their fast.
Most Muslims fast to show off and feel themselves super-human and likened to Jesus in their suffering days of the fast and celebrate Eid to show the Christians that they too have a Christmas-like Festival.
Muslims who answer nonsense to this question ought to be ashamed, and, anyhow, most of them hide behind their choice not to be sent any messages. like the kafirs they admire and worship.
