Well, if he's staring, and you're staring, why can't you walk up and talk to him? Is yer mum in the way? I don't see how you can sneak around talking to him on the phone any better than talking in person, I mean they have these things called phone bills that list the phone numbers you've been calling and all.
If that's the problem, I guess you'd better have one of these kids of yours send him a little message.
If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to resort to stalking him in order to get his number, but I'm not going to help with that.

First, try practicing putting your sentences together properly, this was really hard to understand...
Secondly, if your mother isn't with you when you're crossing paths with him just ask him for it.

yeah, just ask for his numer, like if you wanted to call him if he wanted to go to a little dinner with you after dropping off his younger sibling.
