Ask your hairdresser for a cut with texturized long layers. Try cutting the length into a long bob

it matters?,,, is your hair thin or thick.
so if your hair is thick then maybe pull back a little from each side and then you can tie it back and that would look nice.
if your hair is thin maybe pigtails or a braid or a ponytail

add on clips, headbands, tiny braids, and you'll look gorgeous in no time! hope this helped:)
