Cost a fortune to pick out two turkeys to be saved and sent to some zoo. But he still ate turkey so one wasn't saved. The whole thing was for show. Nothing was said about the 3000 men who died but he called 6 of the chosen to be called by the president. Big wow. He called 6 military men still alive. So that makes him killing thousands of people ok. Wasting trillions of dollars of tax payer money of frivolous add campaigns ok.

Yes as every president has since at least 1947. There are two different stories as to when turkey pardons stated one is credited to President Truman the other to President Lincoln.
The turkey are saved as -- For fifteen years through 2004, the turkeys were given to Kidwell Farm, a petting zoo at Frying Pan Park in Herndon, Virginia. 2005 and 2006, however, the turkeys were flown to Disneyland in California where they served as honorary grand marshals for Disneyland's Thanksgiving Day parade. After that, they spent the rest of their lives at a Disneyland ranch.
Happy Thanksgiving.

EVERYTHING the President sends is on the tax payer's dollars...and everything he does too....
Remember that jet? Where he gave that speech on the aircraft carrier that the Iraq war was over? "Mission accomplished"? The pulpit that he read from, the paper that meaningless statement was written on, and the fuel used to fly him there was all on the tax payer's dollar...

Any kind of mail sent by the president is done on our dime. Everything he does really is.
