Alright all you beautiful people! Hope you're having a great Turkey Day. Here's my predicament.
I'm an attractive 22 year old Asian man, 6'1" 210 lb, I'm also financially independent. I live with my gorgeous 21 yr old Caucasian girlfriend whom I've known since HS. Recently she got pregnant! After MUCH discussion, we decided to have the baby. Problem is, her parents don't even know we've been living together for the past 3 months. How the heck are we going to break THIS news?
Am I stressing over nothing? We're both adults and finance isn't really even an issue; we both work and get paid well. I guess I'm worried because although I've had good relations with mom, her dad doesn't really like me. He's just overprotective I guess. Anyways...
I should be ecstatic about the baby and here I am worried about what her parents will think.
BUT, they're hosting the Thanksgiving dinner tonight. Should we tell them in front of everyone? Good or Bad idea?? I'm leaving in 30 minutes!! Gulp

I think if your attitude is honorable and not smart alec like "hey dad, I got your girl pregnant...." that you'll be ok. Good ol dad needs to know you really love his daughter and that you will take care of her and the baby. It's all in your attitude, believe me. As far as telling then in front of everyone, I don't know. I think it would be great, but that's just me. If her family does one of those go around the table to tell what you are thankful for you could break it then by saying something like you are so thankful for being a part of their daughter's life and that it will soon be 3 of you not just 2 of you. Just love on everyone and be positive...it'll come back to you. Good luck!

some women in basic terms like the attention a toddler Brings To Them And different women are in basic terms attempting to maintain There guy From Leaving Them Which somewhat Makes a guy There Age Wanna bypass away Them greater...i don't are conscious of it Myself because of the fact it Makes There life tougher while they have a toddler In severe college.

I would tell them....at least her dad cant kill you infront of everyone...lol. You can not stop fate...maybe this baby is meant to be here to bring the family a little closer. Also you dont want your girlfriend stressing of this....its not good for the baby....I say go for it_

You know, i think you should tell them. And yeah, i also think you should tell them what you plan with her... like marriage maybe. I think it should go well, don't be scared, and try not to make it obvious if you are nervous. Good luck.

Exactly...your both ADULTS! you can make your own choices and whatnot. When you do tell them, suppose they get somewhat upset...use that excuse to argue your side, especially since it's the honest to god truth.
