2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried basil

In a shallow glass bowl combine the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper and dried basil. Mix together. Add chicken wings, cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir together again the next day.
Lightly oil grill and preheat to high heat.
Remove wings from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Grill chicken wings over preheated grill for 8 to 12 minutes each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear

COOPERS FAMOUS BBQ CHICKEN

1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 broiler-fryer chicken (3 lb.), cut up
1/2 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped

POUR dressing over chicken in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade.

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce and chopped pepper; set aside.

GRILL/BAKE chicken 40 min. or until cooked through (180°F), turning occasionally and brushing with the barbecue sauce mixture during the last 15 min. of the grilling time.

This says for BBQ chicken but I have used it for wings and is excellent.

Real barbeque chicken wings are smoke grilled on a grill

If you do not have a grill you can make them by deep frying them in fat (no breading) and pouring sauce over them.

We use hot sauce like Tabasco mixed with butter, some worchestershire sauce and a spoon of vinegar or lemon juice

Taditionally the fried ones are Called Buffalo Wings they are eaten with celery sticks and Blue Cheese dressing

Make you own sauce it is easy.
