I have enjoyed so many. I think all of C.S. Lewis works were great but my favorites were probably Mere Christianity and the Great Divorce and The Problem with Pain. For current Christian psychology I enjoyed Safe People and Boundaries written by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. For Christian fiction I enjoyed This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness by Frank Peretti. I have loved Max Lucado's works also. The Kingdom of the Cults was a great book for understanding the World's Cults and how they differ from Christianity. Answering Islam: The Crescent in Light of the Cross was a good book too. My life has been a journey through many books and places and I still continue to learn and grow daily. Blessings to you in your journey!

The Desire of Ages by Ellen White. Based on the life of Christ. Incredible insight. The chapters on Gethsemane and the cross are some of the most incredible I have ever read.
The Great Controversy by Ellen White. Tells the story of the Christian church from the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70 until the end of the world. Historic and prophetic chapters. Again, the insight is unsurpassed.
False Balances by Clifford Goldstein. The plan of redemtion as seen in the Jewish santuary. The balance between grace and law, faith and works.
