next time go with no panties on.. stare at him and spread ur legs a little and make sure he can have a good view! on the way out walk in slow motion. .wet you upper lip with your tongue(while staring at him still) and sway your hips, move your haid so your hair flies in the air..spreading your perfume everywhere..

Try and find out what days he works, and try and sit in his section. If you have to, ask the hostess or the manager to put you at one of his tables.
Once you've done that, you just go there regularly, always be very nice to him, leave good tips, at least 20%, every time you go (that will make a server remember you - they ALWAYS remember good tippers and they will like you because you do that) wait until there's a slow day, when he doesn't have a lot of tables to wait on.
You'll have to be a little forward here - if you've never asked a guy out before, this will be your first time! Ask the guy if he would like to go for a drink with you sometime, give him your number (have it written down beforehand, so it's ready) and ask for his..
Now, he might have a girlfriend, so you might be dissapointed, but that's a chance you've got to take.. (hey, that's how it is for us guys - we take that risk every time we ask a girl out)

If ur shy--next time he waits on you leave ur number on the bill
If you think you can talk to him then just casually ask him where he hangs out or what he likes to do or just be straight forward and ask him if he would like to grab a cup of coffee with you sometime. if you want something to happen you need to make it happen good luck!

First of all, you need to find out if he is married, or has a friend? say to him, when can we sit down and have a meal together? You will know by his answer. I hope it all works out for you!
