I have been wearing a baseball cap from ninth to twelve grade and a friend of mine said that you can go bald from wearing it so much... Is that just a myth?

It is a myth. good one, with some quazi logic.
If your dad is bald, you might go bald. Wearing or not wearing a cap,turban,feather,plant or bird on your head will neither stop balding, nor will it increase balding.
I can sell you anti balding pills, they are not cheap, and there is no garuntee, but I will sell them to anyone. Or you can just buy the aspirin yourself.
This is the only body you will ever have, may as well get use to it and be happy.

there is some truth in it ...guys who constantly wear baseball caps do tend to weaken their hair ....think about it ..healthy hair has the air running through it ..caps today with the new fabrics dont allow air to circulate the scalp ..or the sun to shine ..sun has vitamins in it good for hair
