Is there any other names that Judas is known as? I am having a hard time getting information about him and any websites that you might have to help me out would be great. Thanks

Yes, and here’s some heresy for you…

The Judas of the bible is actually Saint Peter. The part the Catholics couldn’t erase on time was where he called him “Satan” and where he denied him. The “traitor” was Peter, but the early Catholics (some of which were not so holy or infallible) manipulated the texts and made Judas (who was #1) the traitor, MM a whore, and also added the bit where Peter suddenly becomes the best apostle and gets the keys and control of the church.

Son of perdition....Jesus calls him this. Actually I just looked in my NIV translation (John 17, around verse 12) and it describes Judas as the one "doomed to destruction". But I'm pretty sure in another translation it's son of perdition.

His name was Yehuda and he was a Sicariot. That means he was a member of the warrior class as the Sicari was a long, thin-bladed knife.
