Most definately as I would probably try to set up some sort of soup kitchen and safe haven for the homeless in atlanta.

If you mean use the $1M to help fed people I have not met, help pay medical bills for people I may never see in this life, help cloth the needy; Yes. I do it now on disability.

I would go to the Lord in prayer and ask where or who He wants me to give it all..it could be either to missionaries, the homeless, hospitals, orphanages etc..or something completey unexpected..for freely it was given to me, so freely I will give it to others.. :)

I would give at least 10% to the poor (that I know or do not know) and use the rest for family and others I do know.

I would select certain charities, friends, and family to share it with. I think the charities count as people I don't know.
