Save yourself the grief. There is non-profit that travels the country teaching kids to ride a bike in ONE DAY. It's called Lose the Training Wheels.

Find one in your city and it's done!

Our 4 year old is riding a bike.. he got a small one with training wheels at 3. Some kids are 5 or 6, some still can't at 7. All depends on the kid and the parent taking time with him.

My kids, and most kids around where I live, started at 3 or 4 (with training wheels). I plan on teaching them without the training wheels next summer (at 6 years old), but I've seen many 5 year olds riding with no training wheels.

My first son did at 4,my second son did at 3,my third did at 7,my fourth did at 5,my fifth did at 4 and my lil one that just turn 2 is already trying but I keep taking the bikes from him.They learn at all different ages.

That depends on the child and how much they WANT to ride a bike. My daughter got her first bike just before her 3rd birthday, she didn't actually start riding it until almost her 4th birthday.

My neighbours son was riding around without training wheels at three, my son didn't do this until 7, it really depends on the kid.

depends what kind of bike. a 2 wheeler i say 6 or 7.

most kids start around 5 and it could be as late as 10 years old, my neice learned at three I learned at 9
every kid is different

3 is a robust age. they are going to be waiting to develop their super motor qualifications. (leg muscle mass) Your niece will in all probability take exhilaration in the motorbike. My daughter became approximately 2 and a nil.5 whilst she began using her trike. She enjoyed it. reliable success
