Exercise, proper diet, hair thickening shampoo and thickening Moose. It will look thicker if she flips over and blow dries while upside down. Blowing volume into the roots first. Then blow dry the rest of the hair how she normally does. A good cut makes all the difference.

she could get her hair layered and there are shampoos for that in stores, just look for it on the label.
