...are you full now? When will you eat again? Why? Why not? Is this (holiday)counting against your diet?

I'm full now. Leftovers will be gone in a few days. I'll eat again because we had our Thanksgiving celebration today at around 2, so I'll probably have some dessert soon. Not on a diet, so it's working okay for me.

I'm full now..just had a huge meal at in-laws at noon. Now am gearing up for a feast at my family's place. This is not a diet day. There are too many rich foods and for me..when i deprive myself i don't feel good...i just eat and then burn it off later. I won't have any leftovers because I didn't cook anything!!!! Thank goodness!!

In another month I'll have to do this again! Merry Christmas!!

I was full after we ate our Thanksgiving dinner at 1:30pm. I will eat again later this evening because we usually eat dinner at 8:00pm each night and I will be hungry again at this time today. This Thanksgiving meal isn't counting against my diet because it contains most of the same things I eat every day anyway.
