I visited a recycling centre and all the different coloured bottles were tipped down the same chute. They only have different colour holes to make us think we're saving the planet.

If in doubt put it in brown. When they recycle glass they often make it into a darker colour anyway so if you put it in the darkest available glass bin then all is well.
