I dont think so, I work in a pharmacy and I dont recall seeing it over the counter.
have you tried light thereapy for your psoriasis? Its really effective in some people, I know a few customers who swear by it.

dont know about that one but my mother has suffered from this since her late teens and has had it ,from one time or another, everywhere on her body,scalp,under nails etc. where do you have it?
i know my mother has found the only creams to work are the steroid type. dermovate,betnovate,salicylic acid etc(excuse my spelling) for her skin.
but if you have it on the scalp ask the doctor for capasal shampoo its really good, better than over the counter types like polytar.
