Bay Street is really the business/financial district at least on the southern part of Bay. King Street has the entertainment district. There are several theatres like the Princess of Wales and the Queen Alex. There are a lot of nightclubs nearby just north on Richmond and Adelaide. There are a few on King. This is really on the part of King that is west of Yonge. Spadina is a long street and encompasses part of the Fashion District (south part), Chinatown and then becomes the boundary of the West part of the University of Toronto. Kensington Market is near Chinatown but I think most people consider it its own area. There are great little stores for people who like fresh food and restaurants etc. Chinatown is a real experience. Lots of Chinese stores and restaurants. I don't really think of these as corridors so I hope I answered this helpfully.

The King and Spadina area is part of the entetaiment district, in areas around John St, Richmond and Adelaide.

Chinatown is nice area for a late night bite, some places are open until 3 am.

If you go to Bloor and Bay your just steps from the Yorkville clubs, bars and restaurants on Bellair, Cumberland and Yorkville itself.
