How nice! You should get her some flowers, take her out to dinner (her favorite place), or yes, jewelry. You could even write her a letter. Anything you do, she will love it, I promise. Especially when you tell her "I just wanted to tell you that I love you and I'm grateful for all you do."

Well depending on what she likes you could do also sorts of different things... I mean there is the "traditional" kind of thing like flowers, or chocolate.... I'm guessing that may be included in your list of dumb stuff though
If your looking for something that she will always have you could go with a picture of both of you and a frame and get something engraved on it, or maybe something you kept from an early date (if you keep those sort of things). Then there is always jewlery, not diamonds, just a nice necklace if she's into jewlery. If there is something she has talked about wanting but wouldn't get for
herself you could get her that.
Not sure what else to suggest. Hope that helps.

How long have u been together with her?
You can write like 10 reasons I love you in a long piece of paper and fold it into a star. Go online and look for how to fold a star. I did this for my bf's birthday. He appreaciated a lot. You don't need to buy an expensive gift to show your love. It's all from your heart.

How about taking her someplace she has never been before. Take her out to a new resteraunt. Give her something she has always wanted.... Or just give her a random hug and tell her you love her and you for those things that you do.

a bunch of roses and chocolate and maybe a bracelet but it doesn't have to be diamonds. it can be plastic for all she cares. like someone says, it's the thought that counts.

does it have to be a gift? how about having a romantic night - dinner, candles, rose petals on the bed. massages - anything she wants you to do for her, do it. Treat her like a queen. She'll love it and show you her appreciation in more ways then one! ;-)

i think you should take her to a nice dinner by the beach, then walk around on the peer. when you get home be romantic with her and tell her how much you appreciate everything she does by giving her a massage...

It doesn't have to be a big present - even a single rose can suffice - just make it spontaneous and unexpected!
