Well, we don't really think of them as corridors, but there would be industries on any of these streets. Bay street is mainly finance. At Bay and King there would be finance, but King has a lot of theatres etc. Spadina has a lot of clothing/textile stores and wholesalers on the southern end, and runs into Chinatown, where there are lots of small businesses. There are a lot of small businesses (mainly produce and other food sellers) and restaurants in Kensington Market.

Bay and King are the financial centres.

At the south end of Spadina there still are clothing manufacturers.

Kensington Market is more of a retail area - as the name describes - market.
