What is the type of hairstyle my avatar is sporting called?

It is the hairstyle that comes with the Black Knit Hat on Yahoo! avatars. I would like to know the name, because I am thinking of getting this haircut for myself, and I do not exactly wish to print out a picture of my avatar and show it to the hairdresser. xP
