Actually, you wouldn't even call it an amount, if not looked at closely it wouldn't have even been noticeable. There was no blood in the toilet or in the stools, and everything else is quite normal. Gross, I know, but it sometimes happens if I have to strain, only about once every six months or so. Would it be a crack (pardon the pun, lol!) around the anus or something? Genuine answers only, thanx in advance!

I also drink alot of Diet Coke, along with a litre of water. Could the diet coke have anything to do with it?

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here:
https://tr.im/NaturalCureForHemorrhoids
Note that:
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

This happens to me as well. The first time that it happened, I was completely freaked out and I panicked. This sounds completely over dramatic but blood in the urine or feces was always taught to me to be a serious issue. It is most likely due to the cheap toilet paper. When I moisten the toilet paper first, there is a lesser chance of this happening. Moistening the paper also helps in making a much more effective wipe. Don't worry about it. You're completely fine.

Most of the time, treatment for hemorrhoids involves steps that you can take on your own, such as lifestyle modifications. Learn here https://tr.im/b4uRP
But sometimes medications or surgical procedures are necessary. If your hemorrhoids produce only mild discomfort, your doctor may suggest over-the-counter creams, ointments, suppositories or pads. These products contain ingredients, such as witch hazel or hydrocortisone, that can relieve pain and itching, at least temporarily.
Don't use an over-the-counter cream or other product for more than a week unless directed by your doctor. These products can cause side effects, such as skin rash, inflammation and skin thinning.

Probably from a hemorrhoid, but only your doctor can tell you for sure. If it's that infrequent, I wouldn't worry too much. Just add a piece or 2 of fruit to your diet every day, and you should see an improvement.

Probably hemorrhoid or innocent bleeding if it's on the toilet paper, but most of the time they say to get it checked out.

You know back in Vietnam I had this problem. Maybe it was because I only hate small Jewish children but that's a whole different story. My Source video should help you out.

If you passed a "biggie" it could be an anal tear, but you should keep watch for awhile. I understand if the blood is bright red it is usually hemorhoid related, but dark blood should be checked out by the doctor.

Gross amount of rectal blood emissions are of a black-tarry nature; however, see to a Doctor immediately--it could be the beginning of Chron's Disease or a dozen other colon type problems.
Hopefully, eating correctly can correct only a minor problem.....Good luck!

Sometimes you have a small tear on your anus after making a hard or large BM. As long as it is not happening often don't worry about it.
