As long as your fridge is cool enough and the meat is in a sensible container - no problem. Just make sure you cook it properly. That does not mean it has to be overdone though, just hot enough. I assume there is some alcohol in the marinade, or vinegar. Also any vegetables in the marinade should have been cooked.
Apart from all that, we used to eat meat which was kept in a meat safe, not a fridge. This was a box made of metal sheets with a lot of holes and placed in a cool part of the house, or even outside in a shady area. I am (sadly) old enough to remember this and I am not yet drawing my pension! How things have changed.

Yes, as long as it is not brown and stinky. What we do is set the steak out for about an hour and get at room temperature before we cook it...this somehow breaks down the fat and makes it more tender. We are sirloin beasts. Also we smear olive oil and our secret spices on it as it sets out. Makes for a damn tender steak!

Drain it and rinse it off before cooking it so long as it was in a covered container while marinating.

Yes, just make sure you drain the marinade and dispose of it and don't use it in any sauces, etc. The meat when cooked will be fine.

yes, it should be safe. esp. if there is rosemary or thyme or oregano in the marinade--they are all preservatives. a vinegar based marinade will also help. be sure and smell the steak if you detect any foul odor--dont eat!

Just cook it tonight. That marinade is breaking the meat down anyway.

No, the longest you should marinate it for is 24-32hrs., and cook it that day.
