why didnt jesus write the bible himself ,rather than it be written down by people years later . Wouldnt it of made more sense if you wanted the word of god to spread or the book to be written down by the main man himself ?

Very good question, but I'll warn you, some of the radical Christians will flag it as a violation just for asking it. If he could have written it, it would have only been the New Testament. It was written by the men of the time to serve their own purposes, just as people today only quote the passages which support their point of view. If the Christians truly lived as Jesus did (if he ever existed) they would not be so judgemental. If they lived as Jesus did, life would be a lot better for everyone. As for the second part of your question. Nothing in the Bible makes sense. It contradicts itself every step of the way. It's full of violence......murder, rape, beatings......I grew up in the church & read the whole thing once & parts of it several times. I've explored several other religions & am now agnostic.

Technically He did. The Spirit-being part and one with God helped all the writers write this. If Jesus just sat down and wrote Genesis only 2000 years ago-then all of history would have been even more lost and even more confused and even more in the arms of anarchy. Jesus also ascended to Heaven after the Resurrection and the Spirit again told a few people what to write until Revelations when He said there's nothing more to add (sorry Mormons- that scriptural) So to answer again-He did.

Jesus' main method of teaching God's word was through stories and personal involvement which has a much more powerful transformative affect on a person. To simply write a book has a detatched feel to it, sort of like today's college professor. Besides if you are God and thus confident that the stories you have shared with them and teachings you have given them and miracles you performed in their presence have chanded their hearts and minds, you dont have the worry about the message being preserved accurately. In addition to that, you will give them your Holy Spirit who will bring them things not even Jesus revealed, such as Revelation. The Bible is unique because it is the life of Christ through human individuals. It is tangible. Not so transcendent as to be gnostic. The apostles needed time for Jesus' life and deeds to sink in and to work them into their own cultural situation with all of its linguistic characteristics. That is what the NT is. Jesus Christ's life in application to unique, specific situations and circumstances. It's called growing in Christ. And that takes time. So even if Jesus did personally right his own book, there still would have to have been others written. But another way to look at it, as Christian's we believe in the divine inspiration of the Bible which teaches that God has preserved exactly what he wanted to say, word for word, not thought for thought, which means he did write his own book.

surely, you could desire to alter your wording in basic terms somewhat: Hebrew Bible Roman Catholic Bible Protestant Bible The Jewish pupils finished the version of the Hebrew Bible in with reference to the 0.33 century. That text textile is secure in the two the RC and Prot. Bible. The order of the books is diverse, because of the fact of underlying assumptions. The Christian Bible (the hot testomony) wasn't somewhat nailed down till just about the 10th century or so. After that, it became locked in. This became accomplished in a chain of Church Councils. this article is the comparable in the two the RC and Prot. Bible, and the previous testomony is exceedingly plenty the comparable in the two of those Bibles, different than that the order could be somewhat diverse. the sole distinction between the RC and Prot. Bibles is the presence of the Apocrypha -- quite a few books that have been unknown in Hebrew, yet have been secure without delay in Greek language translations of the previous testomony that have been in common use around the time of the early Church. That Greek translation of the previous testomony (referred to as the Septuagint) became so common (maximum Jews did no longer at that factor remember a thank you to communicate or examine Hebrew anymore) that whenever you come across the previous testomony quoted in the hot testomony, this is the Septuagint text textile they're quoting.

Unfortunately I do not have time to fully answer. The whole Bible is a virtual manefestation of the comming Messiah in the form of Prophesy. The gospel is a secret, that is why the Bible is complicated, everything could be written in one page, but that would be agains God's will, so he has made it much more complicated, but that larger picture is more beautiful.

Well let me tell you what God said to a man in the BIBLE..I will paraphrase,
GOD said,"When You can measure the Heavens and count every star Then you can tell ME what to do." Look, things happened the way GOD wanted them to happen. HE knew whom HE wanted to write the words down. ...I don't,you don't,HE does..end of discussion. note this; GOD also asked the man HE was speaking with in the above mentioned conversation if he(that man) was there when HE spoke the world into existence.
Were you?................No,didn't think so. Me neither so just accept it because you and a million other voices like yours cannot change it.
One more thing, for your own sake, His name is Jesus,NOT jesus.

Or is it possible that jesus did not know how to write? What was his language? Who translated his words from his language to another language and another and another to the form it is now? How factual is the book now after being translated over and over and over again and again after 2000 years? Remember the fisherman who told the story of the big fish that got away?

the Bible is written by the apostles about the miracles God performed, it wouldn't be as effective if God would have written it Himself. It's just like if someone is writing about all of their amazing accomplishments. Wouldn't it sound better if someone else was saying hwo amazing they are instead of them saying it themselves? It would sound cocky otherwise.

well if you testify for you self that you are a certified
STAR WARS FAN I might Believe You..

But if some else says that you definitely are a
STAR WARS FAN then I might 50% believe you more that you are..

But if 12 PEOPLE testify that YOU ABSOLUTELY
are a STAR WARS FAN!!!!!

then that would have more weight
to your CLAIM that YOU ARE A STAR WARS FAN versus you saying it.

EYEWITNESES are credible even in Police Investigation.

Now lets add a twist...

What if those people who testify are willing to die for the truth that you are a STAR WARS FAN...?

If you were the Judge do you think that ALL those 12 people died for a lie?

Would you die for a Lie?
