Personally, I'm partial to puns: a play on the sound and/or meaning of a word. "Punster" is a simple, brief pun. I like jokes that lead up to a pun.

they look at me like im a freak show cos of all my piercings..
i plan to get some new white or red contacts just so i can freak them out a bit more..

i love kids.. but they're hilarious when they're freaked out..
