I don't think that is true I think most people are happy with what they have but like a change once in a while.
I think that if you have naturally straight hair every day, you might like to curl it because it will change the way you look.
Same as if you have curly hair and you see girls with gorgeous sleek straight her you want to just do it for a change.

well everybody i know with curly hair always spend tim straightening it and my hair is naturally straight and i wish it were curly, so i suppose yes is the answer

the grass is always greener on the other side...
i have very curly hair and when i was younger i used to try to straighten it all the time...then i realized it just wasn't the hassle, and sure enough, plenty of people tell me what pretty curls i have...you just need to accept who you are and go with your natural hair style!

Yep usually...the grass seems greener on the other side. LOL
I just went natural at age 29 and I do love it. (I'd had a relaxer since the age of like 10.) So the grass really wasn't greener just seemed that way.
