Use DVD Decrypter to rip the audio file (to mpa I believe), and then you can probably use a trial version of Goldwave (or any other converting programs you may have) to convert mpa to mp3. I'm not exactly sure though what programs will handle mpa files.
I dont believe theres any program that will do it all in one go. Your best bet is to check out videohelp.com for lots of more detailed information on this kind of stuff.

dont know about mp3 but i used to rig my tv up to the stereo using a lead and recorded it onto cd, maybe theres a way to do this with ur mp3!? dont no for sure though.

try using some freeware stuff from this site or if you have p2p software installed use that and download a programme from their....
