What's the big deal with smallpox? Smallpox only kills humans (or it did, until it was eradicated). Why did he create the single most destructive force in the history of creation? Nothing has been responsible for so many extinctions, the collapse of ecosystems and, at the rate we're going, the climatic cycle of the planet, as human beings. We're poison!

mankind in his endeavour 2 better himself has damaged the earth, the animals and himself.

God set this world into motion several thousand years ago to run a certain way. He didn't create small pox. Man and his sin did. You reap what you sow. God isn't the author of sickness and disease.
