Going by evolution here, humans feel uncomfortable when alone because they are biologically social animals. God is not an animal or a human, so he would not need the social needs of social animals, like humans. Plus God didn't evolve, so this whole thing is just a scientific analogy.

You ask "why "is" God all alone? God is not all alone. He perhaps "was" all alone but he created man for companionship.
