according to hinduism if the child is born with any disabilities then, the child is paying for a past sin as they believe in re-incarnation.
they believe you are born 99 times. if you do good in this life then you get to become a better person in the next life.
if you do bad then you are doomed and in your next life you can become an ugly animal or an untouchable dalit.
