I already have Picasa from Google but what other free photo editing software can I download and where from. Im trying to scan old photos and then convert them to standard size so I can upload them and get them printed in a photobook.... Or do I need to buy a software suite and which one?

you can try software which is free, but almost identical to adobe photoshop. I forgot what its called......but i know it has a silly name
