I agree with the crowd. You should really take her to the vet because there is a chance it might be very serious. If she is having these symptoms take her in as soon as possible and don't hope she will just get better with rest. Take all precautions to anything and make sure she is eating alright. Since she couldn't keep anything down for awhile she is lacking in many nutrients and it will probably get worse if you don't get her in the vets as soon as possible. I know you are worried but be careful of how you treat her. Be extremely kind and gentle and loving but try to keep as much anxiety out of your feelings as possible because you sould upset her as well. Keeping her calm will help her but do see a vet soon.

Maybe she ate something causing the throw up and diarrea. also you should go to the vet and get her checked out. They will probably give her medicine to take for about 5-10 days. Well i really hope she feels better. Good Luck.

She needs to see a doctor to find out the cause of her problem. When the problem is fixed, the symptoms will stop. It could be something as simple as intestinal parasites although that is not the only possibility. Be aware, even simple problems can be deadly if they don't receive the proper attention.
If you can't get her in right now, try to offer her some pedialyte. (unflavored in the baby section of the grocery store) Diarrhea and vomiting can cause a dog to become so dehydrated that the dog can actually die. If she can't keep the pedialyte down, of course, it might not do much good.
Please get her to a vet as soon as you can.

Your vet needs to prescribe meds to stop the diarrea and maybe give your dog a shot of vitamins to help replace the vitamins and minerals she's lost throwing up/having diarrea. You need to take her to a vet, it's well worth it.

Get her to a vet ASAP! I work in a vet office, and it is possible it is a serious disease called "Parvo" or possibly disptemper. She should be looked at by a vet immediately! I know it is Thanksgiving, but if you have any 24hr emergency vets in your area, I strongly suggest getting her to one...NOW!

Im not sure whats wrong with your dog, but my 1yr.old Autralian shepard mix was having the same symptoms, we found out he got sick from the cat we rescued from the shelter. The cat had bad diarhea, and I think he got into it, when I got the cat on medicine, the dog got better?

Its hard to say. Can you get to an emergency vet today? Also, try to keep her as hydrated as possible. Try chicken soup, ect.
