I would like to take out my family out on Christmas day to a classy and elegant restaurant. This for a party of 9 and I would like to be a place where proper attire is required. I am located in Long Island ( so i dont mind going to Brooklyn/ Queens) My budget is no more than $55 per person. If you can send links to your answers so I can view the restaurant that would be great.

Thank you.

long island city has a lot of blah aesthetics. some areas i would even classify as eyesores. but it has a growing art scene. if you live near the 7 train it might be noisy. brooklyn on the other hand has better restaurants hands down, but brooklyn is generally more crowded and more costly.
