why can't people except the fact that in high school romance is sometimes unecessary and it feels good to be with different people sometimes.
besides sometimes the one your with can't make you smile like they used to not like people you've just met, so why not just date and commit to those you want to only?

Maybe you are a chronic approval-seeker, and you rely on external validation for your self-esteem. Maybe you need lots of male attention to feel like you are attractive or desirable. Maybe not.
One thing's for sure. You're not one of those girls who defines herself by her boyfriend. Some girls feel that they are not ok if they are without one. They need constant reassurance that they are desirable and acceptable to someone. Maybe they had a bad or non-existant father-daughter relationship.
You will have to be with different people to really learn to know yourself, and to know what kind of guy to become emotionally involved with. I say go for it! Date as many different guys as you want. You have to kiss a few frogs to be able to spot the ones that will turn into a prince.
Just don't put out while you are in high school. You will never win a guy over by giving him a little, as he will quickly lose interest. But if he IS interested in more that sex, he will wait and get to know you better.

Even @ the early age that you are right now you are showing signs of being greedy. If 1 man or woman is not enough for you right now then it won't change when you get into the real world of dating. Show that you are trust worthy now and it will help when you start dating in the "adult world"

Because sometimes you'll at the first choice the wrong person. to find the true/long lasting romance you must ask you self.. what kind person you like.. what kind of corrector person you want to meet.. than try to be friend first and get to know he/she closely than you proceed..
