after you get out of the shower or bath towel dry your hair. you don't want it dripping wet but you want it wet. next flip your head over & spray some really good volumizing mouse into your hands rub them together & start scrunching. Do this at least two times if you want more volume repeat to desired amount. Then flip your hair right side up &spray hairspray all over your hair, twice. then flip it down again & put it in a bun on the very top of your head & hairspray again. Then when you wake up in the morning your hair will probably be damp blow dry on low until dry put a tad more mouse & hairspray when you have it perfect. If you need it to be scrunched faster after you do all of the steps except sleep blowdry your hair until its almost completely dry. Then follow up on the mouse & hair spray. trust me this works like a charm . Also some really cute barrets , clips, flowers, etc. Make it look like you went to a salon :)

Ahhh scrunching. You may want to use a diffuser or put a sock over your hairdryer to keep from blowing the hair too much. Use your favorite moose or gel and bend over and blow dry upside down while scrunching sections of hair into a ball. Kinda like what happens to a gold chain when you put it in your hand.. If you use a mister bottle and re-wet lightly and scrunch again it will be curlier. Take your time and scrunch scrunch scrunch, slightly re-wet, comb lightly with your fingers and scrunch again. When you get good at it then move up to spray gel instead of water. There is also a cool diffuser that scrunches for you, it has something like plastic fingers that you sorta tangle into your hair. Read the directions to it.

The trick for me is using moose then gel and start scrunching from the bottom up into the roots. If you don't want to use to many products then a leave in conditioner with moose and dry with a blower while scrunching. I usually tie it up lightly to give it body. Good luck!

I use Biolage Firm Hold Gel
it really works,
sometimes I will take a shower at night then be sure to place your hair in the scrunching position when you sleep
also I will pur about 5 hair ties in my hair to make it curly.
DO NOT BLOW DRY IT
it doesnt work unless your hair is natural curly.
but the gel really works, its about 11$
