I wouldn't suggest you use plastic wrap in the oven, you can use foil to cover your turkey. If I didn't have foil I would just leave it uncovered and baste it often.

Yes, plastic wrap will melt for sure. Use aluminum foil. And, if you don't have any then go borrow some from a neighbor.

Yes plastic wrap will melt in the oven. They do sell oven bags that are designed to be put in the oven.

Don't use plastic wrap, use foil. The plastic can melt and even if it doesn't cause a visible problem, hot plastic can be toxic in your food.
